It pains me to announce the closure of my business and my filing for bankruptcy due to unforeseen challenges beyond my control. I’m truly sorry for the disappointment this will cause you.
I’m heartbroken to let you down—despite my efforts to fulfill overdue preorders, overwhelming obstacles have made it impossible. The bankruptcy will result in the loss of all inventory in China, including items valued at over hundreds of thousands of dollars that were fully purchased, which is a devastating blow.
I won’t be monitoring social platforms or customer service emails during this difficult time. I am unable to refund you at this time. If you have pending orders, please file a chargeback for each to reclaim your money—I encourage you to do so. I will be canceling the open orders on my end to assist you in this process.
After two tough years of trying to recover, some recent news that forces me to halt sales and distribution, the burden of excess inventory, and the financial strain from mass cancellations have made this goal unattainable. I’m so sorry I couldn’t see this journey through. Your support has meant everything to me, and I’m grateful for your understanding. I’ve loved this journey and deeply appreciate you all.
