Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations

Orders will not be allowed cancellation or returned once placed. Before placing your order, make sure your sizing and shipping information is correct.

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will need to be notified within 7 business days. Defects do not include loose strings, as items are handmade and when trimming the strings, one way be missed. Items will have to be unworn and unwashed with tags attached for any defects or damages. You are highly encouraged to inspect your orders upon delivery to report any issues within the 7-day window. We will not be responsible for any defective or damaged products after 7 days of being delivered. Upon contacting us, items must meet these conditions for us to correct the issue. If we are able to send a replacement we will gladly do so. If we are unable to replace your item due to stock, you will be refunded for the specific amount to the original form of payment. If your tracking for ANY ORDER states that it has been delivered and you did NOT receive the items, you will have to file a claim through the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE.

How much is shipping?

Showstoppers currently offers free shipping to US orders over $25. Cart subtotal must be above the free shipping threshold. This is the amount after any discount codes are applied and before taxes are calculated.

Flat rate shipping fees on all other orders:

$4 for US orders that are less than $25

All values are in USD.

When will my order ship? 

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 7-14 business days (this does not include transit time with carrier). If you have any special shipping requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number, to ssorderhelp@gmail.com.
